Our emphasis on quality means we adhere to international norms like IPT / Euro Standards for Punches & Dies and use only premium grade AISI 01 and D3 grade of alloy of steel. We also provide specialized tooling like hard chrome plated punches, stainless steel punches, Teflon punches and carbide dies.
Value-adding Capabilities
We help customers in tablet designing to the required weight, shape and embossing with a special software
developed by us. This software takes care of finer points related to tooling life, sticking and picking
problems. We also create a plastic ‘Proto-Tab’ to help arrive at a final design during conceptualization.
